Ca Phe Sua Da Boba
This one is FUN! We're mashing up 2 jams, the Vietnamese condensed milk coffee deliciousness, with a little BO BO BOBA!😘

• 1 cup tapioca pearls (boba) uncooked
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Sweetened condensed milk
• 8 oz dark roast brewed coffee
To make boba: Bring 6 liters of water to boil.
Add tapioca pearls and stir until all of the tapioca pearls float to the surface.
Cover and let simmer for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally.
After 30-40 minutes turn the burner off and let the boba steep and cook in the pot for an
additional 20-30 minutes.
Drain and rinse until cooled.
Add boba to a container and sprinkle brown sugar stirring until sugar is dissolved.
To make Ca Phe Sua Da: In a large glass add 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk and then add 8 oz of brewed coffee.
Stir coffee and sweetened condensed milk until thoroughly mixed.
Add desired amount of boba to the glass and then add enough ice to fill to the top.
Add your Sukk Straw then ENJOY!
