Green Ginger Smoothie
Sometimes we gotta be healthy. I know I know, it can't all be ice creams and lattes 🤷.(go back a few posts for that recipe video 😉)
But making the right choices for your body can also be insanely delicious and easy.
In comes this weeks recipe; Green Ginger Smoothie 🙌.
It's refreshing, filling and that lovely green color in honor of #stpatricksday ☘️

• Two handfuls of Spinach
• 1 small handful of Cilantro
• 1 small handful of Mint
• 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
• 1/2 banana
• 3-4 small pieces peeled ginger
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
• 1 cup almond milk
Add all ingredients into a vitamix or blender.
Blend until fully combined, or about 60 seconds.
