To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a reason for return via email prior to the return.

*please note that any shipments sent to us not using a Sukk Straws shipping label, will not be covered by our insurance and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipment.

Damaged or Malfunctioning 
If you feel your item is defective, please contact us at contact@sukkstraws.com for an exchange or return within 30 days from the purchase date for an inspection. Once inspected and determined there is a defect due to the original craftsmanship, we will replace the item for free. If you wish to send the item back beyond the 30 day guarantee window, there will be a restocking fee charged, and you will be notified by email for confirmation.

Sukk Straws believes in the quality and workmanship of our product so much so that we guarantee the material and workmanship for 90 days from the date you purchased it.
If the item breaks, cracks or snow longer extends, and it is due to the original craftsmanship or creation, we will replace it for you for free, or give you the option for a refund.
